Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

We are hiring a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with 7+ years of experience for a remote role working during IST Business Hours. Key skills include SAP HCM Payroll, UAE Payroll Localization, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll Configuration including Schemas, PCRs and Wage Types, and SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Integration. Responsibilities involve leading implementation, support, and maintenance of SAP HCM Payroll with expertise in UAE statutory requirements such as Gratuity, GOSI/Pension, SI7 calculations, and labour laws, managing and optimizing SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring data replication between EC and SAP Payroll/ECP, configuring and troubleshooting Payroll Schemas, PCRs, and Wage Types, and acting as a Payroll Subject Matter Expert for the Middle East region.
