Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant. We are seeking a highly experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with a strong background in UAE Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience and be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of payroll solutions while ensuring seamless integration with cloud HR systems. Key Responsibilities: SAP HCM & UAE Payroll: Lead the implementation, support, and maintenance of SAP HCM Payroll specifically tailored for UAE statutory requirements (e.g., Gratuity, GOSI/Pension, and SI7 calculations). SuccessFactors Integration: Manage and optimize the Employee Central (EC) module, ensuring data consistency and smooth replication between EC and SAP Payroll (ECP). Technical Configuration: Configure schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and wage types to meet complex business requirements. Stakeholder Management: Act as the subject matter expert for payroll processing, troubleshooting, and legal compliance within the Middle East region. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 7+ years of core experience in SAP HCM Payroll. Domain Expertise: Proven track record and labour laws. Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Time Zone: Must be available to work during IST (Indian Standard Time) business hours. Communication: Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and HR business owners.
