Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant - UAE Payroll

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll professional with strong expertise in UAE payroll localization to join our team. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations and support, configuring UAE payroll requirements including Gratuity, GOSI, and SI7, designing and configuring payroll schemas, PCRs and wage types, managing SuccessFactors Employee Central integration and EC-to-SAP Payroll/ECP data replication, serving as the technical and compliance SME for Middle East payroll processing, and collaborating with technical teams and HR business stakeholders. Requirements include 8+ years of hands-on SAP HCM Payroll experience, proven expertise in UAE Payroll localization, strong experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, and in-depth knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs and wage types.
