Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant - UAE Payroll

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in UAE Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central. Location is India with IST working hours and 8+ years of experience required. Mandatory skills include 8+ years of strong SAP HCM experience, strong experience in UAE Payroll and localization, hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central, strong knowledge of Payroll Schemas, PCRs and Wage Types, experience in EC to SAP Payroll/ECP integration, and good understanding of UAE statutory requirements such as Gratuity, GOSI/Pension and SI7 calculations. Key responsibilities include leading implementation, support and maintenance, handling end-to-end UAE Payroll processes, configuring schemas, PCRs and wage types, managing SuccessFactors EC and payroll integration, and troubleshooting payroll issues.
