Urgent Hiring Senior SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Specialist Location - Qatar We are looking for a Senior Application Specialist with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Payroll. Strong knowledge of ECP, payroll processing, SAP S/4HANA and HR integrations. Experience with banking interfaces, payroll posting and integration monitoring. Handle system issues, configuration changes, testing, enhancements and releases. Support SIT, UAT, regression testing and HR transformation projects. Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Treasury, IT and vendors. Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration or related field.
