Senior SAP S/4HANA Payroll Consultant

Oasis Investment Co. LLC (Al Shirawi Group) is running one of the region's largest SAP S/4HANA RISE transformations, covering 100+ legal entities across 10 countries. Payroll is at the heart of it, and we need a senior consultant to own it from our Mumbai delivery centre. Own SAP Payroll end to end for India, UAE, KSA and Egypt, from design and configuration to migration, parallel run and support. Configure schemas, PCRs, wage types and classes, with India, UAE, and KSA compliance. Set up Payroll Control Center, FI/CO posting and bilingual English/Arabic payslips. Integrate SuccessFactors Employee Central with Payroll (BIB), and lead data migration and cutover. Use AI tools to speed up specs, testing and root cause analysis.
