Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Specialist

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Specialist with proven expertise in end-to-end Compensation delivery and complex global compensation cycles. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solution design & configuration. Manage multi-country & multi-currency compensation planning. Configure budgets, worksheets, guidelines & route maps. Strong expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP). Handle testing, UAT, go-live & post-go-live support. Independently manage complex compensation cycles and production issues. Collaborate with HR, business and technical stakeholders. Required Experience: 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience. Strong specialization in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. Proven experience delivering multiple complex compensation cycles end-to-end. Strong hands-on configuration and troubleshooting skills. Experience in global compensation processes is highly preferred. Ability to work independently in a senior consulting role.
