Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Specialist

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Specialist with proven expertise in end-to-end Compensation delivery and complex global compensation cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solution design & configuration - Manage multi-country & multi-currency compensation planning - Configure budgets, worksheets, guidelines & route maps - Strong expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP) - Handle testing, UAT, go-live & post-go-live support - Independently manage complex compensation cycles and production issues - Collaborate with HR, business and technical stakeholders Required Experience: - 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience - Strong specialization in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation - Proven experience delivering multiple complex compensation cycles end-to-end - Strong hands-on configuration and troubleshooting skills - Experience in global compensation processes is highly preferred - Ability to work independently in a senior consulting role Contract: 6 Months + Extendable
