Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Specialist

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Specialist with proven expertise in end-to-end Compensation delivery and complex global compensation cycles. Key Responsibilities: • Lead SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solution design & configuration • Manage multi-country & multi-currency compensation planning • Configure budgets, worksheets, guidelines & route maps • Strong expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP) • Handle testing, UAT, go-live & post-go-live support • Independently manage complex compensation cycles and production issues • Collaborate with HR, business and technical stakeholders Required Experience: • 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience • Strong specialization in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation • Proven experience delivering multiple complex compensation cycles end-to-end • Strong hands-on configuration and troubleshooting skills • Experience in global compensation processes is highly preferred • Ability to work independently in a senior consulting role
