Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors ECP Support Consultant | 10–12+ Years | Hyderabad If your expertise goes beyond SuccessFactors configuration and you’ve actually handled production payroll, country-specific payroll, ECP integrations and complex payroll issues, this opportunity could be a strong fit. We’re looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Support Consultant with deep hands-on experience across multi-country payroll environments. What you’ll work on - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) - South Africa | Saudi Arabia (KSA) | Australia | UK Payroll - EC → ECP replication using BIB (Business Integration Builder) - Payroll schemas, PCRs & Wage Types - Payroll run errors, retro calculations & off-cycle payments - Posting & bank-file issues - Master-data / replication mismatches - L2/L3 production support, incidents & enhancements - Monthly payroll, parallel runs & reconciliation - Statutory updates and country payroll compliance - RBP, audit logs & payroll access issues - Year-end payroll activities - Global stakeholder / client interaction What makes this role different? This is not a generic SuccessFactors role. We’re specifically looking for someone who understands what happens when a real payroll run fails — someone who can trace the issue through EC → BIB → ECP → payroll schema/PCR → wage types → pay result → reconciliation and drive the issue to closure. Looking for 10+ years of SAP HCM/Payroll experience 3–5+ years of hands-on ECP support experience Strong ECP + SAP Payroll expertise BIB / EC-ECP replication experience Multi-country payroll exposure Strong production support / L2-L3 troubleshooting Good client-facing and global delivery experience USA Payroll exposure is a plus.
