Senior SCM Specialist Valves

Subsea7 is hiring a Senior SCM Specialist for an Oil & Gas project to manage procurement of engineered materials and services as allocated by the Project SCM Manager. Responsible for final delivery of materials and services as per technical specification, safety performance, budget, schedule, and quality. Role Responsibilities: - Pre-Award: Coordinate with engineering, QA, QC, and HSE to ensure requirements are included in pre-qualification and tender documents, and issue RFQs using SAP Ariba tool. Run contractual, commercial, and schedule analysis, finalize bid summaries, make recommendations, and perform commercial negotiations. - Award Management: Prepare Form of Agreement, Subcontract documents, Supplier Commitment Approval (SCA/CBE), and contractual deviation matrix. Expedite PRs and create POs in SAP, ensuring sign-offs via DocuSign and updating project procurement plans. - Post Award Management: Understand product execution strategy, monitor PO convergence plans, organize audits, KOM, and PPMs, manage supplier documentation, track technical queries, deviation requests, and non-compliance reports. Act as primary commercial contact with suppliers and conduct supplier performance evaluations. Qualifications: - Degree in Engineering or Business, or qualified by experience. - Minimum 12 years of Supply Chain Management experience including vendor qualification, issuing RFQs, purchase orders, follow-up, and close-out. - Aramco experience required for topside works such as switchgear, battery, MCC, transformer, electrical cable, power panel, lighting, cable glands, ICCP, electrical consumables. - Cost-saving oriented, capable of challenging requests, with solid knowledge of the offshore industry and complex items.
