Senior Specialist, ERP Support (SAP HCM)

We are hiring for Saudi Arabia: Senior Specialist, ERP Support (SAP HCM) in the IT Department. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, minimum 9+ years of hands-on experience in SAP and SuccessFactors HCM within a complex ERP environment, proven track record in full-cycle implementations, and experience with SAP RISE and Private Cloud Architecture. SAP certification in SuccessFactors module is a mandatory requirement. Responsibilities involve deep expertise in HCM modules, core HR, payroll, talent management, integrations, and stakeholder collaboration.
