Manage and support ERP, billing, sales, inventory, and delivery software. Provide technical support to staff during the night shift. Handle software issues and coordinate with software providers when required. Monitor orders, deliveries, inventory, and system updates. Prepare reports and maintain accurate data. Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, and network issues.
