GMG is hiring a Specialist – Human Resources Business Partner in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of HR experience who enjoys partnering with business leaders, managing employee relations, supporting talent development, and driving effective HR processes. Key responsibilities include HR business partnering, employee relations and UAE labor law compliance, employee lifecycle management, performance management, change management, process improvement, and utilizing HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors and OneFlow.
