Storekeeper, Parts Warehouse

This role is responsible to receive, store, pick, and issue spare parts and accessories in the CEER parts warehouse, maintaining accurate stock records and a safe, organized storage environment to support timely parts availability for aftersales operations. Receive incoming parts shipments, verify quantities and condition against purchase orders and delivery notes, and report discrepancies. Bin and store parts in designated warehouse locations following warehouse storage SOPs. Pick parts against sales orders, repair orders, and internal requisitions accurately and within service-level timeframes. Pack and prepare parts for dispatch to service centers, dealers, or customers. Perform regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock takes, reconciling system records in SAP against physical stock. Record all stock movements including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments in SAP and WMS accurately and on time.
