Stores Controller

Stores Controller responsible for the overall control, accuracy, and efficiency of all store and inventory operations. The role ensures proper management of materials from receipt to issuance, maintaining full accountability and traceability across all stock movements. Oversee and manage all store and inventory operations across assigned projects. Ensure accurate stock control, records, and system updates. Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials. Maintain full accountability of stock movements and material traceability. Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and project teams. Ensure optimal stock levels and timely reporting of shortages or discrepancies. Implement and maintain proper storage systems and warehouse discipline. Monitor and guide storekeepers in daily operations and compliance. Support internal and external audits with accurate inventory data. Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety, and quality standards. Minimum 5-8 years experience in stores or inventory management, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or controller-level role. Proven experience in construction, ELV, ICT, MEP, or large-scale project environments preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management practices. Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is an advantage. Permanent full-time employment contract based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
