Stores Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stores Executive to manage inventory, stores operations, material handling, and ERP-based inventory control processes within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inventory management, material receipts and issues, stock reconciliation, variance analysis, and reporting. The position will also coordinate closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Project, and Production teams to support effective material planning and inventory availability. Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end inventory and stores/inventory operations. Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance activities. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across all locations. Conduct periodic/interim inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits. Analyse inventory variances and implement corrective actions. Maintain inventory records and transactions through ERP systems. Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Teams, and Production for material planning. Ensure proper material handling, storage, and inventory control procedures. Generate inventory, stock movement, and reconciliation reports. Develop and work with Power BI, VBA, and MS Office tools. Support supply chain activities related to purchasing, inventory, and material management. Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures. Job Requirements: 3–6 years of relevant experience in inventory, stores, or material management. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX. Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, including purchasing, inventory management, and material management. Hands-on experience in inventory control, stock management, and stores operations. Experience in material handling, inventory counts, and variance analysis. Experience in material receipt and issue processes. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI and VBA reporting tools. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent coordination and communication abilities. Diploma in Engineering, B.Com, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Willingness to work 6 days per week.
