Subcontracting Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Subcontracting Engineer with strong UAE experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects. Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 8+ years UAE experience, Subcontract Management / Vendor Inspection, QA/QC & Procurement Support, ITPs, MRs/PRs, POs & MTCs, Manufacturing Dossiers, Arabic & English communication. Technical Knowledge: ASME B31.1 / B31.3, ASME Sections II, V & IX, ASME B16 & ASTM, API 5L & AWS D1.1, EN 10204 3.1/3.2 & PED Requirements. Preferred: CSWIP 3.1 / ASNT Level II, Seamless & welded pipe production knowledge, Heat treatment & hydrotesting, ISO 9001 / ISO 19011, SAP, Oracle or Primavera experience, Willingness to travel to vendor facilities.
