Subcontracting Engineer – Oil & Gas / EPC

We are looking for an experienced Subcontracting Engineer with strong UAE experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects. Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering - 8+ years UAE experience - Subcontract Management / Vendor Inspection - QA/QC & Procurement Support - ITPs, MRs/PRs, POs & MTCs - Manufacturing Dossiers - Arabic & English communication Technical Knowledge: - ASME B31.1 / B31.3 - ASME Sections II, V & IX - ASME B16 & ASTM - API 5L & AWS D1.1 - EN 10204 3.1/3.2 & PED Requirements Preferred: - CSWIP 3.1 / ASNT Level II - Seamless & welded pipe production knowledge - Heat treatment & hydrotesting - ISO 9001 / ISO 19011 - SAP, Oracle or Primavera experience - Willingness to travel to vendor facilities
