Subject Matter Expert SPDP

Major Duties & Responsibilities: Ability to coordinate, review, catalogue Spare Parts Data Package (SPDP) and deliver complete structured descriptions of equipment and spare parts. Ensure all spare parts from vendor is matching without any discrepancy according to client Cataloging procurement Guidelines. Issue an acceptable review sheet when all documents required for cataloging are completed. Participate in Technical discussion, coordination with other colleagues & engineers, QA/QC Manager, Inventory and other relevant teams. Ability to support & train others on Spare Parts Data Package (SPDP) development. Review and ensure that collected material master data is complete and meets the required standards. Ability to define Material Class / Classification, spares, stock, consumable using the item type definitions. Ability to perform Data cleansing, enrichment, Maintain Data Consistency and ensure that duplicate item doesn't exist in the database. Maintain Material Data Integrity, Data consistency and Accuracy. Participate in field survey of the plants in scope and gather required information. Compare asset physical availability in the field with P&IDs, Data sheet (where possible) and Asset list available in SAP. Support the Project Manager in preparing weekly and monthly project reports as required. Qualification, Skills and Abilities: Must be a graduate with bachelor/associate degree with acceptable GPA / Percentage of marks. Must have minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in similar field of assigned job and familiarity with machineries, spare parts and their deployment, storage, and recording. Quality- Ability to work with high quality standard. Implements effective quality rules and job standard. Work Organizing: Must be able to organize the workplace and work contents matching with Project requirements and client direction. Job Knowledge - Implements effectively job-related instructions & company policies. Analytical Ability - Effectiveness in thinking through a problem, recognizing, and evaluating facts. Adherence to company rules and policies, both PiLog and Client organizations.
