System Administrator (SAP/APMS) | RCM Project Support

Support RCM workshops and reliability studies by managing equipment and maintenance data. Extract, analyze, and validate equipment information, maintenance history and master data from SAP. Coordinate the collection, organization, and maintenance of project documentation and databases. Prepare professional reports, dashboards, and project deliverables for management and stakeholders. Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for workshops, progress reviews, and executive presentations. Support facilitators and project teams with data management, document control, and administrative activities. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of project records and maintenance information. Assist in generating equipment registers, functional locations, BOMs, and maintenance-related reports from SAP. Collaborate with Reliability, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to support project objectives. Provide general IT support related to project execution, data handling, and digital tools.
