Tally Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused TallyPrime Customer Support & Sales Executive to manage day-to-day customer support, build strong customer relationships, and generate sales opportunities for TallyPrime and related business solutions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, resolving TallyPrime-related queries, coordinating with the technical team when required, and identifying opportunities for software licenses, renewals, upgrades, cloud solutions, E-Invoicing, customizations and other services.
