Tax Services Manager | Data and Digital-Corporate Services

The Manager of Tax Services | Data & Digital is responsible for accelerating the digitalization of Al-Futtaim Group's Tax Operations by managing the tax data agenda and implementing data-driven and AI-enabled solutions. The role enhances tax compliance and reporting accuracy, reduces manual effort, and supports adherence to UAE and regional tax regulations. The incumbent leads efforts in automating tax processes, ensuring digital readiness for regulatory changes, and maintaining robust data governance. Success in this role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing projects that simplify and standardize finance processes, and ensuring compliance with IT security standards. Own the end-to-end tax data set used for VAT, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and e-invoicing across AFG entities, from SAP source to submission-ready output. Build and maintain data extraction, mapping, and transformation routines to produce clean, auditable tax data. Design and run automated data quality and exception checks. Develop, test, and deploy solutions using Python, Power Platform, RPA, and approved AI/agent tooling. Support the UAE e-invoicing program from a data and integration perspective. Ensure all digital solutions comply with SAP access/GRC and change-management standards.
