Technical Project Manager

Job Purpose The Technical PMO Lead will establish and run a strong project/program management discipline for Mada Media's IT portfolio, with direct ownership of governance, planning, and delivery across large-scale digital transformation initiatives — including ERP implementation, business process automation, and AI/agentic AI adoption. The role acts as the connective layer between business stakeholders, technology vendors, and the IT Head, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities PMO Governance & Portfolio Management - Set up and run the Technical PMO function: governance structures, delivery methodology (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid), reporting cadence, and RAID management. - Own the IT project portfolio roadmap, prioritization, and resourcing in alignment with Mada Media's strategic objectives. - Track project budgets, timelines, and benefits realization; provide the IT Head and leadership with clear, data-driven status reporting and executive dashboards. - Define and enforce project management standards, templates, and quality gates across all IT initiatives. Digital Transformation & ERP Delivery - Lead end-to-end delivery of large digital transformation programs, from business case and vendor selection through implementation, cutover, and hypercare. - Manage the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation (or similar large ERP rollout) lifecycle — requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, integration planning, UAT, data migration, training, and go-live readiness. - Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business readiness and change adoption for ERP and platform rollouts. - Manage system integrators and implementation partners, including contract deliverables, milestones, and quality of delivery. AI Automation & Agentic AI Implementation - Drive the identification, business-casing, and delivery of AI automation and agentic AI use cases across the organization. - Manage delivery of intelligent automation initiatives from pilot through scaled production rollout. Required Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project/program management certification required. - 8+ years of experience in Technical PMO, IT Project/Program Management, or Digital Transformation delivery roles. - Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation and/or ERP implementation programs from initiation through go-live. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementation is strongly preferred. - Demonstrated experience delivering AI automation, intelligent process automation, or agentic AI implementations.
