Techno Functional Lead Retail Operations & Planning

Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations for retail operations and planning modules Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications Design and configure SAP solutions, including Retail, MM, SD, and PP modules, tailored to client needs Oversee data migration, integration, and system testing activities to ensure data integrity and performance Provide functional and technical guidance to project teams, including developers, analysts, and consultants Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation to enable smooth post-go-live support Act as primary point of contact for client escalations and change requests Continuously identify process improvements and best practices to enhance retail operations efficiency
