Training Lead

We are hiring for one of our premium client based out of UAE, Dubai. Role Overview: We are seeking a Training Lead to own and drive the end-to-end training strategy, governance, and execution across all digital transformation initiatives (SAP S/4HANA, Proaxia, Salesforce, Contact Center, DMS, and other platforms). The Training Lead will ensure that all business users are fully trained, ready, and confident before Go-Live, acting as a key readiness gate owner across the program. Required Skills & Experience: 7–12 years experience in Training / Learning & Development, Digital Transformation programs (ERP, CRM preferred), proven experience in large-scale program training (multi-system, multi-vendor), strong stakeholder and vendor management experience, experience working with SAP / Salesforce / enterprise platforms (preferred), strong understanding of project lifecycle (SIT, UAT, Go-Live). Experience in training tools, LMS, and reporting dashboards.
