Tricentis Testing Lead

Project: SAP S/4HANA Transformation. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Tricentis Testing Lead to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme in the UAE. The successful candidate will take ownership of the testing strategy and delivery across the programme, with a particular focus on Tricentis Tosca automation, SAP testing and end-to-end business process validation. This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with the SAP programme team, functional workstreams, business stakeholders and systems integration partner. Key Responsibilities: Own and lead the overall SAP testing strategy and approach across the S/4HANA programme. Lead the implementation and use of Tricentis Tosca for automated testing. Define and manage SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing cycles. Develop automation strategies covering SAP S/4HANA and integrated applications. Work closely with SAP functional leads to identify and prioritise automation opportunities. Manage test planning, execution, defect management and reporting. Coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams, teams and locations. Establish testing standards, governance, processes and quality controls. Work with the SI and business teams to ensure testing milestones are achieved. Support test data and environment planning. Provide regular reporting on testing progress, risks, defects and overall readiness. Lead and mentor testing and automation resources.
