Vice President of Program Operations

I’m excited to share an opportunity to join my team as “Vice President of Program Operations” at Smile Train. We are looking for a strong business leader who cares about our mission, enjoys working in a collaborative environment supporting the Chief Impact Officer and the global programs team in building and improving operations, and wants to help strengthen our collaboration across Africa, Asia and Latin America as one programs team, working with local partners to deliver high quality, safe, and sustainable cleft surgery and comprehensive care.
