Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to coordinate daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials to support project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities, specifications, and condition against purchase orders and delivery documents. Record material receipts, issuances, returns, and transfers in the inventory system. Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored safely. Coordinate material issuance against approved requests and maintain supporting records. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with Procurement. Conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory reconciliation. Follow up with Procurement, suppliers, and Logistics on outstanding deliveries. Prepare reports on inventory balances, material movements, shortages, and pending deliveries. Maintain warehouse documentation and comply with safety and material-handling procedures. Requirements: Previous experience in warehouse coordination, inventory control, or warehouse operations, preferably within the contracting or construction sector. Good understanding of material receiving, storage, issuance, and stock reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory management or ERP systems. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Good command of written and spoken English. A diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
