Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a qualified Saudi National Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards. The role involves supervising staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely and accurate material handling to support business operations. Duties & Responsibilities include managing and coordinating staff activities including training, development, performance evaluation, and hiring; providing continual evaluation of processes and methods for effective resource use; overseeing receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of inventory; reviewing and maintaining KPIs; maintaining inventory accuracy; serving as a liaison between the warehouse and other departments; and complying with company and HSE policies. Key competencies include result-oriented approach, multitasking, time-management, accuracy, attention to detail, organization, structured execution, and good judgment. Requires ERP experience (Omega/Oracle), strong communication skills in English, and a degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, or Operations Management. Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in warehousing/logistics, with 5 years in a managerial position.
