Warehouse Manager

Al-Sohagy for Metal Drawing & Forming is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Qalyubia – El-Qanater El-Khayreya, Egypt. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all warehouse operations and daily activities. Ensure accurate receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring of materials and finished goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Planning, and other relevant departments. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies. Ensure proper warehouse organization, storage conditions, and material identification. Develop and implement warehouse procedures, policies, and control systems. Monitor warehouse team performance and ensure efficient manpower utilization. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures. Prepare and analyze warehouse and inventory reports and KPIs. Use ERP/SAP systems and Excel for inventory management and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations. Experience managing warehouse teams and daily operations. Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
