Warehouse Manager

Al-Ghomlas Trading Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Riyadh. Requirements: - Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, with hands-on experience as a warehouse manager, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. - Experience in managing receiving, storage, issuing, and physical inventory counting processes to ensure inventory record accuracy. - Experience in managing warehouse teams, organizing location layouts, and efficiently handling material movement. - Ability to monitor inventory levels, slow-moving items, shortages, and discrepancies. - Coordination with purchasing and production departments to ensure material availability in a timely manner. - Proficiency in using ERP / WMS systems, with a preference for experience in Odoo. - Proficiency in preparing inventory reports and performance KPIs. - Adherence to safety, quality, and warehouse organization procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Full supervision of daily warehouse operations. - Tracking material movement from receiving to issuance. - Conducting periodic and surprise physical counts and resolving discrepancies. - Organizing storage locations and optimizing space utilization. - Managing the warehouse team and monitoring performance. - Monitoring slow-moving and missing items and inventory levels. - Preparing periodic reports related to inventory and performance.
