Warehouse Officer

Air Q is a UAE-based aerospace company specialising in the development and manufacture of unmanned aircraft systems. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Officer to help ensure that materials, components and equipment are available, accurately controlled and handled safely across our operations. The Warehouse Officer will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation and take responsibility for the accurate receipt, storage, tracking and issue of materials. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily warehouse activities, organizing and supervising the warehouse team, ensuring stock movements are recorded in the ERP system, maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and coordinating with Production, Procurement, and Finance. Qualifications include at least 5 years of relevant warehouse experience, supervisory experience in a manufacturing or technical environment, and hands-on experience with an ERP or warehouse management system, with Odoo experience being an advantage.
