Warehouse Officer – Finished Goods

Warehouse Officer opportunity in Dammam. We're Hiring | Arabian Paper Manufacturing Company (WARAQ). Position: Warehouse Officer (supervisory role) – Finished Goods (FG). Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day Finished Goods warehouse operations and ensure effective shift handovers. Control FG receiving, storage, inventory movements, staging, loading, and dispatch activities. Plan and allocate manpower according to workload, dispatch priorities, absences, and operational requirements. Monitor warehouse capacity, congestion, pending trucks, backlog, and operational constraints and escalate issues promptly. Maintain inventory accuracy, ERP transaction discipline, product identification, and stock control requirements. Coordinate with Production, Sales/Customer Service, Logistics, Shipping/Customs, Finance, and other relevant functions. Ensure smooth and timely truck loading and customer dispatch operations. Monitor daily warehouse activities and ensure continuity across the assigned shift. Prepare and maintain operational reports and follow up on corrective actions. Support effective manpower utilisation across the 24/7 three-shift operation. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5–10 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience with proven supervisory or officer-level responsibility. Experience in a medium-to-large manufacturing or industrial warehouse; high-volume or continuous operations is strongly preferred. Previous experience in multi-shift / 24/7 operations with responsibility for team supervision and operational continuity. Strong practical knowledge of Finished Goods operations, truck dispatching, inventory control, and manpower planning. Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX, SAP, or equivalent is preferred. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, coordination, and practical problem-solving. Good English communication skills for ERP transactions, reporting, emails, and cross-functional communication.
