Warehouse Operations Manager

Colors Company for Paints is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations across main warehouses nationwide in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include standardizing warehouse operating policies and procedures, establishing an operational governance framework, defining KPIs, driving process improvements, maintaining inventory accuracy, applying FIFO and FEFO methodologies, managing inventory counts, optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization, integrating inventory visibility systems with the ERP, controlling operational costs, ensuring compliance with storage regulations for sensitive and flammable materials, and leading warehouse teams. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Industrial Engineering, 8 to 10 years of experience in multi-branch warehouse or operations environments, strong command of ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, and Odoo along with Warehouse Management Systems, and professional certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, or Six Sigma.
