Warehouse Senior Coordinator

Supervise overall warehouse functions and ensure compliance with contractual terms and well-maintained equipment to support Production, Planning, Export, EHS, Quality and Food safety, FGPM, and Freight. Act as the coordination point between all departments and Distribution Centers. Responsibilities include following up with Agro for daily offloading plans, managing cold store operations, circulating IMPM reports for slow-moving materials, preparing ageing reports, managing quality rejections, scheduling equipment calibration, uploading incident reports and CAPAs, handling internal transfers, running PO status reports, managing supplier invoices, reviewing inventory and stock movements in SAP, overseeing PIT compliance and forklift maintenance, managing waste and safety protocols, tracking daily KPIs, maintaining AIB and food safety standards, conducting pre-shift meetings, and supporting warehouse development projects.
