Warehouse Senior Coordinator

Supervise the overall functions of the Warehouse and ensure it complies with contractual terms and well-maintained equipment to provide services to Production, Planning, Export, EHS, Quality and Food safety, RMPM, and Freight. Act as coordination point between all departments in both plants and DCs. Follow up with all systore activities, ensure daily transactions and reconciliations are completed, review all movements in SAP, and perform weekly COSO Tests. Maintain outside picking area stock, ensure accurate and timely reporting of slow/non-moving inventories following FEFO guidelines, and deliver accurate daily and monthly reports including KPIs, wood pallets, quality holds, and month-end closing. Follow up shift activities for inbound and outbound flow, track daily KPIs, ensure equipment usage follows PepsiCo guidelines, prepare weekly plans, and maintain food safety and AIB standards.
