Warehouse Supervisor

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of industrial and chemical inventory. This role supports downstream refining operations by ensuring critical consumables are available for continuous production. The position requires strict adherence to safety standards for hazardous materials and accurate inventory control within our ERP system. The Warehouse Supervisor reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager and maintains operational continuity by minimizing stockouts and ensuring rapid processing of inbound logistics. Key Responsibilities include Inventory Accuracy Management maintaining inventory accuracy above 98% through regular cycle counts. Hazardous Material Compliance ensuring chemical reagents are stored in compliance with SASO standards and MSDS requirements. Team Supervision and Rostering managing shift rosters for 24/7 refinery operations. Inbound Logistics Coordination verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and coordinating with customs brokers. Safety Protocol Enforcement enforcing strict adherence to PTW and LOTO procedures. ERP System Utilization processing all goods receipts and issues in the ERP system. Space Optimization improving picking efficiency and storage capacity. Audit Support providing documentation for audits. Contractor Management overseeing third-party logistics personnel. Process Improvement identifying bottlenecks in warehouse workflows.
