Windows OS System Administrator

This position offers round-the-clock support, operating 24/7 throughout the year to deliver comprehensive assistance for enterprise server environments supporting SAP. Responsibilities include the installation, configuration, management, operation, and maintenance of all Windows server systems and Windows Clusters. This role is crucial for maintaining system stability through daily operations, patch management, monitoring, and troubleshooting, as well as providing support for SAP environments that run on Windows. Ensure that all Windows systems are effectively managed and maintained in accordance with vendor guidelines and security best practices, while also ensuring compliance with NCA, NIC, and SEC Cybersecurity regulations. Collaborate closely with ERP, application, database, and web hosting teams to address daily support and break/fix issues.
