Job description
Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling the accounts within area of responsibility (e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger). Ensuring accurate domestic supplier reconciliations, intercompany invoicing, monthly GL reconciliation, VAT return preparation, withholding tax files, bank reconciliations, posting of payroll and leave journals on Scala, preparing Concur transactions. Assisting with year-end audit preparation and maintaining IFRS 16 schedules.
