VAT Management & Compliance: Handle end-to-end VAT registration/deregistration procedures with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA). Prepare, review, and submit accurate quarterly/monthly VAT returns in full compliance with local tax regulations. Reconcile input and output VAT ledgers regularly to ensure precise reporting. Maintain audit-ready VAT documentation and serve as the main point of contact for tax audits or queries. Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Accurately record daily financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries into accounting software. Review, verify, and input invoices, receipts, and bank statements in a timely manner. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account balance verifications. Financial Reporting & Operations: Assist in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet). Ensure proper document archiving and audit trails for all financial records.
