Job description
Reconcile daily cash, card and digital-wallet sales against POS reports and bank deposits Process supplier invoices, credit notes and payments; keep payables accurate and on schedule Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries in the ERP system Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing and management reports Participate in periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory variances with the floor teams Prepare VAT workings and support ZATCA filings as per Saudi regulations Monitor petty cash, store expenses and cash-office procedures Assist with internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
