Accountant: Accounts Payable

The AP Accountant is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the entity's accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and analyzing transactions for the region. The role involves working extensively with workflow automation tools and Vendor Invoice Management solutions to optimize the accounts payable processes. Key responsibilities include utilizing Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for invoice processing, processing invoices and travel expenses, performing supplier reconciliations and aging analysis, managing purchase orders and GR/IR reconciliations, handling intercompany debit/credit notes, supporting treasury with bank general ledger allocations, ensuring internal controls compliance, and assisting with internal and external audits.
