Accountant - Accounts Payable

Responsible for managing the complete accounts payable cycle, including vendor invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliation, payment preparation, supplier follow-up, and maintaining accurate and timely financial records in compliance with company policies and UAE requirements. Key accountabilities include receiving, verifying, and processing supplier invoices against purchase orders and contracts, maintaining accurate vendor accounts, monitoring outstanding payables, resolving invoice discrepancies, performing regular vendor statement reconciliations, preparing payment schedules, and reconciling the AP sub-ledger with the General Ledger.
