Accountant / Auditor

Nizamix is a unified business management platform built for the UAE: 9 integrated products — ERP, VAT & eInvoicing (PINT AE), WMS, POS, B2B portal, SRM/procurement, Marketplace, TRACE and BI. We are building VAT and eInvoicing workflows for UAE businesses (PINT AE data model, Exchange and Reporting streams). We are looking for an Accountant / Auditor to be the finance and tax authority behind the product. What you'll do - Validate Nizamix ERP, VAT and POS workflows against UAE VAT law, FTA requirements and the eInvoicing data model - Write accounting and tax scenarios and test cases for the product team - Review tax invoices, credit notes, VAT returns and reconciliations produced by the system - Support clients during implementation: chart of accounts, VAT setup, data migration and audit trail - Keep the team up to date on FTA and Ministry of Finance regulatory changes Requirements - 4+ years in UAE accounting, audit or tax (Big 4 / audit firm experience is a plus) - Hands-on UAE VAT experience; UAE Corporate Tax knowledge is a plus - ACCA / CPA / CA or FTA Tax Agent registration is desirable - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho, Tally) - Fluent English and Arabic (both required) We offer - Competitive salary - A key role in a product built around the UAE eInvoicing mandate - Direct work with the product and engineering team - Growth into a Head of Tax / Compliance role
