Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, UAE/Oman/KSA regulations, and preferably prior exposure to the healthcare or medical equipment sector. Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Prepare and review invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts. Assist in VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE/Oman tax regulations. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost allocations. Support audit processes and provide required documentation. Coordinate with internal departments for financial alignment. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Bilingual in both Arabic & English (Mandatory). 2–3 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred). Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sectors is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and VAT regulations in the UAE, Oman & KSA. Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo or similar). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
