Accounting & Data Entry Specialist

Roseline Egypt is looking for an experienced Accounting & Data Entry Specialist. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in Accounting, Data Entry, or a similar role. Good knowledge of invoices, stock movements, and accounting documents. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar). Experience working with multiple systems and reconciling data between them. Good command of Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Key Responsibilities: Review invoices and supporting documents. Follow up on issued invoices and verify prices. Enterprise item movements and create Stock Entries on the system. Review daily stock movements and match them with invoices. Follow up on deliveries and confirm successful delivery. Monitor invoices across different systems and ensure data accuracy. Location: New Cairo (Fifth Settlement), Cairo.
