Accounts cum Customer Follow-up Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Accounts cum Customer Follow-up Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our finances are accurate and our customers are satisfied. You'll handle daily accounting tasks, follow up with clients on payments, and maintain smooth communication between our finance, sales, and operations teams. Responsibilities include keeping clear and accurate records of customer invoices, receipts, and payments, reconciling accounts receivable, supporting month-end closings and audits, preparing MIS reports and ledgers, following up on pending payments, and managing customer data, invoices, and follow-ups in Zoho Books and CRM tools.
