Accounts Manager

Accounts Manager Finance Sector – Accounting Job Purpose To lead and manage the Company's accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, timeliness, and compliance of financial records and reports in accordance with IFRS as endorsed by SOCPA, applicable ZATCA requirements, and the Company's policies, procedures, and internal controls. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process. - Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS as endorsed by SOCPA. - Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank, intercompany, receivable, payable and balance-sheet accounts. - Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory & Cost Accounting, and Fixed Assets. - Ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT returns and the annual Zakat declaration, and compliance with e-invoicing (Fatoora) requirements. - Coordinate the annual external audit. - Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the accounting team. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. - Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred. - 8–10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. - Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with pharmaceutical industry experience considered an advantage. - Hands-on experience with Saudi VAT, Zakat, withholding tax, and e-invoicing requirements. - Practical experience with ERP financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. - Arabic: Fluent | English: Professional working proficiency
