Job description: Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk / Accounts Payable Specialist Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Schedule: Monday–Friday Experience working with Philippine-based clients or vendors is highly preferred. Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Key Responsibilities: Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents Enter invoice data into the accounting system Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Prepare payment runs via check, ACH, wire, or online banking Maintain accurate vendor files and payment records Assist with month-end closing and reporting Respond to vendor inquiries professionally Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures Preferred: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in a similar role Benefits: Salary is negotiable based on experience Health insurance / paid time off / other benefits Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth How to Apply: Please submit your resume through Indeed.
